Dear Cornerstone Family,

Well, we have finally made it to the final week.  I will be flying home on Friday.  This week is our field exercises.  I'll be moving a few hours north to be living out in the wilderness doing all sorts of things.  My flight leaves late Friday and so I will not be getting home until really late Friday night.  I'll look forward to seeing all of you this weekend in worship.  It will be wonderful to see you and worship with you once again.  Thanks for all of your support.  Your cards, letters, e-mails, and care packages have made my stay much easier.  I've made some good friends and learned much about myself and my God.  This experience has certainly stretched me in many ways.  I'll be sharing some of my experiences this weekend as we break open the Word of God together.  My absence from Cornerstone has confirmed my calling and my love for each of you and for the church corporately.  I am ready to move into 2005 full speed ahead!

I am extremely grateful to everyone who stepped up into leadership in my absence.  Our ability to get this done with a minimum of problems is a sign of Cornerstone's great health!

God Bless you all!

Pastor Dave
