The youth staff has been hard at work planning an exciting summer for your kids. My hope and prayer is that this would be the greatest summer of youth ministry that our church has ever had. We have so much planned! I am giving you the dates for the things that I believe should be a priority for your kids this summer. I know that baseball and vacations are very important and take up a lot of time, so to help you plan I am giving you the dates for the most important things 5 months in advance. Hopefully, you will be able to plan around these events so that your kids will be able to attend. I promise you, they will have a blast while growing spiritually.
- We will be kicking the summer off with a trip to Fort Fun. Meet there on Wedenesday May 28th @ 10 am. Bring a friend and $20 each to enjoy unlimited gaming.
- Meet at Chimney Park every Monday from 10:30 to 12 for some good ole "Sandlot" fun!!
- Cost is $150 (includes van rental, gas, food and Worlds of Fun Ticket)
- Deadline to sign up is June 1st!!
- We will be ministering through service projects, dramas and music at inner city missions in downtown Kansas City, Missouri and in a local church in Kansas. The trip will be highlighted with a trip to the Worlds of Fun Theme Park. To make sure that your spot is secured you need to sign up fast!
