Cornerstone Baptist Church in Windsor, Colorado, is looking for a full-time youth minister to build upon an active and established youth ministry.  The purpose of the youth ministry at Cornerstone is to partner with parents to help students in 6th-12th grade to COME together regularly, to GROW in their walk with Christ, to LOVE God and others, and to SERVE God and others with their lives.  Applicants must have significant youth leadership experience, and must be highly skilled in the areas of leadership development, program administration, and biblical teaching. Windsor Cornerstone Student Ministries (WCSM)

• Sunday mornings at 9:30 to 10:15am.
  Our Youth LIFE group is made up of 6th – 12th graders wanting to grow in their relationship with God and one another. Come meet with us as we dive into Scripture and apply it to our lives!
  
• As One : First Sunday of every month from 3:00 to 5:00pm
  As One is open to all HIGH SCHOOL students (9th-12th Grade). We will be meeting at various locations for encouragement, fellowship, and acts of service (let us know if you want to be added to our “text update” list to receive updates as to where we will meet).
• Wednesday nights 
  Middle School from 6:00-7:30pm.
  Description: Wednesday nights are open to all MIDDLE SCHOOL students (6th-8th Grade). We start with games, snacks, and socializing, followed by a Biblical lesson that is applicable to Youth today. We end the night with games and free time. (We also have seasonal parties and activities monthly.)
  High School from 7:00-8:30pm
  Open to all HIGH SCHOOL students (9th-12th grade), we start with Scriptural lessons, followed by small group discussion. This time is designed to build leadership and provide discipleship opportunities for our High School Students.
